Originally, I intended to write about why good customer service is important to me. But so much is
already available on that subject, and I don't want to bore you with regurgitated drivel anyway. I believe it's important, I enjoy experiencing it when I'm the customer, and I strive to provide it to my customers.
What I will leave you with is this:

- Ask yourself this: "does the kid in the upper right corner of the banner look like a zombie?"
What does this have to do with customer service? Nothing, but it was fun, right?
*It must be British, they spelled center incorrectly
